Mom: yes good helen called yesterday there is a man on 3east having bypass cause he started atkins 2 years ago when he was overweight but had xcellent heart history and now his arteries are soooooo clogged and dr bartman says atkins diet did it

LiLMzCntBeWrong: no shit... and people never believe me when I tell them that shit will kill you... his doctor even told him it was bad when he told her was doing atkins... she's like "No, I don't want you doing Atkins". She said it was just the refined carbs and stuff, the same thing the diabetic website says.

Mom: he lost all the weight on your cooking now you should do the same im happy that the jeans janet gave you fit though that is smaller than your regular size right?

LiLMzCntBeWrong: yeah, two sizes but they're also stretch... besides, it's not my diet, it's exercise... besides gardening and chasing the cat around the neighborhood, I don't do anything for exercise.

Mom: what about the exercise bike. i saw you on it yesterday and that is good for you

LiLMzCntBeWrong: yeah but I don't notice it doing anything... maybe cause it's so old. If this book lady ever shows up, maybe if she gives us enough for the books, I can buy a used treadmill or something

LiLMzCntBeWrong: Yeah, I'd start it up around 5:30-ish so it'd be hot and then he could grill them once he gets home... maybe have a salad with it and/or potatoes

Mom: now that sounds like a good filling meal you should make a potato for lunch maybe thats why you are dizzy because you dont eat enough
